Don't Worry

A day of worry is more exhausting than a week of work. It gives you something to do but doesn't lead you anywhere and worrying would never change the outcome.
I worry so much and it makes me a deep thinker and a very sensitive person which I would say hasn't worked for me since I have known myself.
The aim of this actually is to make everyone who reads this worry less.
Worrying wouldn't change the amount in your bank account or it would not make those who hate you love your more. It would not even speed up the time required to achieve certain goals. The only thing that can change all you worry about is just an assurance that with life comes hope and hope for a better tomorrow.
Don't forget to keep working hard, stay motivated and you would have less things to worry about.

Author and motivational speaker, Earl Nightingale, estimates that:
  • 40% of the things you worry about will never happen.
  • 30% of the things you worry about couldn’t be changed by all the worrying in the world.
  • 12% of your worries are needless worries about your health.
  • 10% of your worries are about petty, miscellaneous things.
  • 8% of your worries are about real and legitimate concerns.
In other words, 92% of your worrying is a complete waste of time.
There are several things to do if you catch yourself worrying too much.
Face your fears
Change something
Try a different approach
Relax and seek help if you have to.
Bob Marley really inspires with his song. " Everything's gonna be alright"
When you have to, you can sing "don't worry about a thing cause every little thing is gonna be alright"
Have a beautiful week, with less worries and more productivity.

  1. My dear, well written. But worrying is a part of our life especially here in our side.. Because even the state of the country doesn't help matters.

    1. Thank you dear. Yes it doesn't but worrying still can't change a thing about the current situation. We just have to act rather than worry..
