I stumbled on a post on and having a day with mood swings, I immediately felt uplifted. I felt the need to get rid of every negative thought or sad feeling and it was a pretty good time to do this post.

I've come to realize that as humans, we spend most of our time planning for tomorrow, planning a future that we fail to see or fail to acknowledge when we actually see tomorrow or the unfolding future.

This statement alone did it for me.  Throughout Matt Killingsworth’s research on happiness, he asked more than 600,000 people to report on their happiness levels and whether they were thinking about the past, the present, or the future. Killingsworth learned that dwelling on plans can actually make us unhappy. Instead, we should embrace and focus on what’s going on in our lives right now.
Coming to terms with how I felt after reading the post, I've thought to live the moment and enjoy every bit of it and still plan for tomorrow or the future but not let the fear of anything stop me from having a very beautiful day.
Truth is if we let things get to us, we either get low moods often, carry out the negative energy on others or even end up having a very bad day for nothing.

In other words, enjoying life to the fullness is paramount even while planning and preparing for tomorrow, you can still live the moment.
A happy mind is indeed a healthy one..
